hai~my itp not so fun de~task mostly not so exciting. Recently, helping co. to do some html pages on Steps for setting up mail & installing VoIP Gateway to use together with Skype. Of course, i still doin some graphics for AFC (Asian Food Channel) and the MOST i hate is calling up the CLIENTS for renewing their DOMAIN/HOSTING and OUTSTANDING INVOICES. Tok abt clients, the story can nv end. i got SOOOOOO much to tok abt all these BAD clients.
As mostly i need to tok to the a/c in charge (debtor co.). You know hor... they tok very RUDE loh~ i tok nicely to them abt their outstanding $, they tok SO rude to mi loh~wad kinds of debtors is this??? Wad's has happen to this world??? The WORST is.....i kindly remind them to renew their domain/hosting, some can say i busybody/ "gan jiong"~ They think i like to call them meh!!! shit loh. Even is to early to say renew it or wad...they shldn't tok so rude loh...Somemore u think i wan to call them meh...B*A*S*T*A*R*D. Wad's this???!!! Expecting me to call U again when it goin to expire,huh??? Think i'm very free is it? then u very "busy" lah..
Got 1 still can say:"This kind of things we DON'T NEED u to remind!!! Is our job to do it!!(tok so action & rude)". Shit her den she know, jus feel like slapping her face (OLD LADY-->i assume..must b)!!! If all this kind of clients can pay on time, u think i would NEED to call u meh?? This is wad i call no manners. i noe u thinking i oso no manner rite? BUT at least i din say INFRONT of ppl loh. If they din treat mi bad how would i treat them BAD.(i don like JUZ FOR KIDS tt company accountant, u noe wad i mean) That's y i HATE doing CUSTOMER SERVICES job.
So pls~~~ppl...who are reading this post....pls DON'T tok so rude to ppl who call u. i mean call fr co. such as job related to customer services. Is NOT an easy job as wad u SEE. only those who had experienced it b4 will know it very well. Dont put ur anger on "innocent" ppl.
I just can't wait to finish my lousy ITP loh...hai~still got 1 mth plus to go. hai~~~Cherry~~~y u leave early then me sia~~~~~~~~~~~~haix.....She work until end of this JUNE then officially quit liao. :'( so sad loh.....
